Logical, optimal solution for business

Logical ltd is a software development company, which offers solutions beyond software to big and small businesses. Logical was certified to offer the fiscalization service on October of 2020. On the last months Logical has experienced the flux of businesses interested in the fiscalization process. We sat down with the CEO and the sales team to learn more about the fiscalization solution they offer, and their experience in the field.

How has the fiscalization law affected your business?

Gentian Gjiknuri, CEO: Currently, we have doubled the number of signed contracts in comparison with the same period last year, an occurrence closely tied to the fiscalization process. There is a reason for that. So, the fiscalization process requires the fiscalization of two types of documents: the sales documents and the documents of transfers between warehouses. These processes can only be done today with the use of software, therefore, we are providing software solutions to businesses that had been working before, only with the fiscal cash register. In addition, there is a great increase of the module of transfers, to fiscalize transfers between warehouses.

How much does your company charge clients for these fiscalization services?

Gentian Gjiknuri, CEO: There is no standard pricing system, as we don’t simply sell software, we offer solutions. Our solutions vary by modules and licenses we install. For small business we have the epoint line which manages all transactions in a single module and fiscalizes these transactions. For larger businesses we can mention solutions such as: logipos, for supermareket and retail stores and chains, logibar, for bars and restaurants, webflex and flexboard for distribution and field operations, flexcore for managing logistic and warehouse processes, etc. You can find all of our solutions in our website at logic.al. Yesterday we met with a potential client who could give an exam on our website.

We don’t sell software,

we offer solutions!

Jolanda Dulaj, Sales Manager: He had done his homework!

Gentian Gjiknuri, CEO: Indeed! And the reason he had done his homework, was simple. By meeting all these companies that offered just an accounting system, he wasn’t able to find solutions for interrelated problems. In the meeting with ous, the discussion was centered around problems such as, “How will the invoice be organized”, “Which is the source of truth?”, “How will staff collect the products in the warehouse?”, “How will they be invoiced?”, “How will products be checked when they exist the warehouse?”. This means that with our solutions he can manage in the easiest ways possible, all processes in the field, whereseas just with an accounting system, the business is limited to issues such as “Was the invoices posted?” Well, Logical offers so much more than that! We offer complete solutions to businesses of all types.

Florjan Toslluku, Sales Director: We  offer the fiscalization service, but we also cover every step and every issue a business might have beyond fiscalization. As a rule, the most frequent issues a business is faced with, are the speed of focument processing and following up and checking up the work processes in the most efficient way possible. Our company offers the best tech support, so there are no delays in printing out invoices or blockages because of issues with software adaptation or communication issues between software.

How has the sales team experienced this period?

Erjon Nini, Sales Manager: Since May and onward, it’s been a busy period for us, because businesses are faced with deadlines for implementing fiscalization solutions.

Gerti Nasi, Sales Manager: B2B businesses especially have a deadline on July 1st to implement a fiscalization solution for invoicing. There will be no delays, or cancellation, as it was expected, just there will not be any penalties, according to news coming form the General Tax Directory.

Andi Kruja, Sales Manager: For the Hospitality sector that I follow more closely, there hasn’t been as much flux related to fiscalization, as these businesses are taking their time to meet a later deadline in September. But still even this sector has been quite busy during June, related to the tourism season.

Jolanda Dulaj, Sales Manager: During this time the flux has been real, but fortunately we were prepared for this. We were expecting this flux and we have worked with businesses to face it, even though right now we are facing its peak.

Are businesses in any way informed about fiscalization?

Gentian Gjiknuri, CEO: The majority of phone calls we receive are from people who either have no information, or have very little information. I can say that most of them don’t understand the fiscalization process.

Jolanda Dulaj, Sales Manager: They are simply panicking because they have heard the deadlines coming up.

But how do they know they “need to do something”? What information have they received?

Gentian Gjiknuri, CEO: They know the date is coming up for them to do something, but they don’t know exactly what.

Gerti Nasi, Sales Manager: There are still clients who are confused about the fiscalization process. For this reason, our sales team has had to offer consultations to current and potential clients about fiscalization through phones calls and in-person meetings.

Ervis Doko, Sales Manager: Most businesses I have been in contact with had no information about the process fiscalization. And I need to mention here that I am including large businesses.

So even big business wasn’t well-informed?

Ervis Doko, Sales Manager: I have sent out an offer for fiscalization to many big businesses that had no information. And those who had some information, I believe, haven’t taken the steps needed in due time, because they were hoping for delays or cancellation of the fiscalization law.

Gentian Gjiknuri, CEO: I need to mention here that during the election there was confusion regarding fiscalization. During that period many businesses were hesitating tto take any measures for fiscalization, as they were all thinking, “Let’s wait to find out what will happen”.

Florjan Toslluku, Sales Director: Another problem is that businesses don’t take into account the time needed to implement a software solution. After we sign the contract to implement a fiscalization solution, or any other solution for that matter, there is a time period needed to implement that solution, which is based on the size and type of the business.

What message do you want to convey to our readers who are looking for a fiscalization solution?

Gentian Gjiknuri, CEO: For starters, we would like to thank all businesses that have trusted us and today are using our solutions. We invited everyone else who is still undecided to check our solutions in our website, to send us an email or call us. We will be more than ready to offer consultations, to meet up with them and to prepare a dedicated, personalized solution for them. In addition, businesses need to understand that for every solution, there is a time needed for its implementation, so they need to make up their mind as soon as possible. To close, to any business using an accounting system, we want to say that “They can keep their accounting system, we can cover the fiscalization process!”.
